Are you looking to grow in your leadership role? Are you considering a career shift? 

Please join THRIVE members for a panel discussion regarding consideration, motivation, what-if's, next steps and more. Panelists include members of Notre Dame Human Resources, hiring managers from various University departments, and a Notre Dame community member who recently made a career pivot.

The panel will speak from 12 - 12:45  p.m. (please come early!), with lunch and networking  between 12:45 - 1:15 p.m. Bring your own lunch, or purchase a lunch in the registration form.

Katie Miller, Sr Dir People and Culture | Office of Human Resources

Katie Miller is the Senior Director of People and Culture for the Office of Human Resources at the University of Notre Dame. She has extensive experience leading all facets of HR, including operations oversight, people management, talent development/management, employee relations/benefits, and team building and training. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in Marketing.

Michael McFadden, IT Talent Acquisition Consultant | IT Culture, Engagement & Facilities

A graduate of Notre Dame, Michael chose to stay close to his Alma Mater and currently works with IT Culture, Engagement & Facilities. As an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant, he executes the full cycle recruiting for Notre Dame's Office of Information Technologies. Through his career progression, he has refined many of his skills which, in turn, helped him assume a leadership role.



Lori Tinkey







Lori Tinkey, Senior Regional Director | Development Administration

Lori Tinkey is the Senior Regional Director of Development Administration at the University of Notre Dame. During her 11 years with the University, she has navigated several role elevations, enabling her to grow into a leadership position.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Amy Lehman, People Strategy Partner | Office of Human Resources

Amy Lehman is a People Strategy Partner in the Office of Human Resources at the University of Notre Dame. With over ten years of office management experience, she has worked in a variety of capacities ultimately leading to her current elevated role. Amy is also a certified coach for Emotional Intelligence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Bethel College.
