Thrive! Inspiring ND Women is an employee resource group focused on increasing opportunities for women to be recruited, retained, and advanced as leaders at the University of Notre Dame. Membership is open to all staff and faculty employed by the University who identify as women, as well as allies who support Thrive's mission.
