Committee membership across Thrive! allows you to play a tangible role in enhancing the environment for women at Notre Dame while developing your own leadership skills in a low-risk, supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to build your network and gain exposure to speakers and campus leaders. Committees also offer a place to learn and demonstrate skills you may not have the opportunity to use in your current position.
All members are welcome to apply for one or more of these opportunities:

Thrive! committee and board members work together to:
- Engage Thrive! members and support the advancement of women at Notre Dame
- Plan and organize in-person and virtual events
- Design and coordinate mentoring resources
- Expand email, web, and social media marketing skill
- Develop leadership experience
- Enhance their own professional development
