Title: Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist
Notre Dame career path: Began as a temporary banquet staff at the Morris Inn in August of 2014. In May of 2015, I was promoted to Banquet Captain. One year later, I was recruited to take the position of Food and Beverage Coordinator for the Morris Inn where I served for almost 4 years before being reorganized. I'm now in the brand-new department, Employee Engagement, as of July 2020.
What is your favorite book or podcast?: My favorite book is "Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office 101" by Lois P. Frankel. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially a young college graduate. I learned about unconscious mistakes I make as a woman that a man wouldn't do.
