Notre Dame career path: In 2010, I joined Research Compliance as an administrative assistant. In 2016, I became an IRB program coordinator. In my current role, I am responsible for faculty, student, and staff training and facilitating the review and approval process for all proposed human subject research activities.
What are you most proud of?: I am the first person in my immediate family to earn a college degree. After obtaining my associate's degree in 2015, I went on to complete my bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in organizational leadership. Both of my degrees are from Bethel College. I achieved all of this in four years while taking a full course load, working full-time, and being a single mother.
