Heather Christophersen, Vice President for Human Resources, will give an overview of the Professional Development Plan and share how she has used this throughout her career and provide helpful tips to leverage this tool for success.
From the organizers: Heather will present an overview of Professional Development Plans, and will leave time for a Q&A during the first 45 minutes. Attendees will spend the remainder of the event working on their own Professional Development Plans. This is a chance for attendees to take time to plan next steps, and to ask for assistance. Blank templates for a Professional Development Plan will be available.
