Last spring, Coach Muffet McGraw stated that there are too few women in positions of leadership to serve as role models so that young women can see and hear how women lead and more easily imagine themselves as senior leaders.
In response to that challenge the MBA Women in Business, Male Allies clubs, and the MBA gender equity course will be sponsoring a panel discussion featuring four Notre Dame alumnae in senior leadership positions in business discussing how and why they lead.
The discussion will be co-moderated by two MBA Women in Business leaders and will be engaging and thoughtful.
