As part of our efforts to provide female Notre Dame employees with avenues of professional development THRIVE! Inspiring ND Women is please to announce the launch of a pilot mentoring program this spring.
This pilot program is intended to test out and gain experience with a mentoring program supported by technology that matches mentors and mentees based on interests and desired areas of growth, and facilitates the scheduling of mentorship conversations. Each participant in the pilot is strongly encouraged to serve as both a mentor and a mentee. The program is based on the foundation that we all have something to share and that we can all learn from one another. Training will be provided for all members of the pilot group.
The pilot program will run for four months beginning in March 2017. Each participant will have the opportunity to schedule three meetings with a mentor, and to be scheduled as a mentor during the times you designate as being available for mentoring sessions.
Space in the pilot group is limited to approximately 40 people. We are looking for a broad cross-section of the campus community to participate in this pilot group. It is our expectation that with a successful pilot, we will be able to make this program available to all faculty, staff and administrators at the University who are interested in participating.
