In this roundtable discussion, Martha Vanderheyden will present six healthy habits you can adopt to take control of your life and improve your health, as well as strategies to help you set and meet your goals.

Vanderheyden, a wellness coach at the Notre Dame Wellness Center, holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, health promotion and wellness from Western Michigan University. She is a Certified Intrinsic Coach with over 25 years of health promotion experience.…

Mango is free to all Notre Dame faculty, students, staff, and alumni. Entering into a mentor-mentee relationship is a rewarding commitment where you can learn from each other, build trust (and sometimes even a life-long friendship!), and ultimately gain confidence. Often, mentors can provide a different perspective and help us to see outside of ourselves and situations. Additionally, there are even times where the mentor gains value by being unintentionally mentored by the mentee.
