Dr. Hill is the Executive Director of Inclusion and Equity at Saint Mary’s College and founder and CEO of Redgina Hill Consulting. Prior to that, she was the Associate Director of Admission Recruitment and founding Director for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Bethel University. Dr. Hill’s dissertation titled, Chief Abolitionist Officers: An Exploration of the Lived Experiences of Black Chief Diversity Officers (BCDOs) at Dominantly White Institutions, utilized Critical Race Theory to understand the experiences of BCDOs who are fighting against racism and systems of oppression in higher education.
