Welcome to the Introduction to Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka.
Established in 1974, Leadership develops 21st century community leaders using the Servant-Leader model developed by Robert Greenleaf. Learn about the group's 3 programs:
- The EMERGE program, which develops employee capacity and potential for future leadership success.
- Youth Leadership program, which prepares high school students from diverse backgrounds in constructive leadership and responsible participation in the affairs of the community.
- The Signature Leadership program, which cultivates today's leaders to serve tomorrow's community by building a solid foundation of informed, action-oriented and productive employees and citizens.
